Adult Forensic Interviews are available through referrals from law enforcement agencies and District Attorney Offices.

Records Requests
For medical records requests, subpoenas, legal inquiries, and other official documentation requests:

All records requests must be submitted in writing to records@txfne.com. TXFNE does not accept records requests by phone.
Law Enforcement, Attorneys & Authorized Agencies
Please include the victim's name and case number, when applicable.
Requests must originate from an official work email address.
Patients Requesting Their Own Records
Patients seeking copies of their own records should submit a written request to records@txfne.com.
A $25 records processing fee is required for patients requesting a copy of their medical record.
